27 NCAC 01A .0803         Election - Voting Procedures

(a)  All nominations made either before or at the meeting shall be voted on by secret ballot.

(b)  Cumulative voting shall not be permitted.

(c)  Nominees receiving a majority of the votes cast shall be declared elected.
